We accept most major debit and credit cards except Diners and American Express.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch your goods within 7 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability). Personalised/made to order items may take up to 21 days for delivery.

Returns
We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as the goods are returned in original condition within seven days of receipt. If you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your post office. Delivery charges and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. We suggest goods are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.

If an item is damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement of refund.

Personalised / made to order items are not returnable unless faulty.
